10 years without Bekim Fehmiu, the rare interview in Albanian (Video)

June 15, 2020 marks ten years since the death of one of the world's greatest Albanian actors, Bekim Fehmiu.

His traces in foreign and Albanian cinematography are not small. Fehmiu became famous with the film "Feather Collectors" in 1966. By that time, he had studied and become famous in many film houses around the world.

Today, on the 10th anniversary of the death of the cinematographic icon, KultPlus has published a video taken from the RTK archive where Fehmiu is seen in a 1967 interview.

The interview took place on the set of the film Odyssey, in Rai's studio in Rome, where the actor talks about the role of Ulysses, a role that would make him known all over the world.

Bekim Fehmiu is the first Albanian film and theater actor to have successfully acted in films and scenes throughout the former Yugoslavia. Among the most popular roles are "Special Tests", "Odyssey", "Adventurer", "The Road", "Hot Years", "Dessert", which are mentioned as masterpieces.
